Utell Hotels & Resorts has a brand standard — all member hotels must pay commissions to travel agents within 60 days of a guest’s departure. Furthermore, a special Web-based commission payment and reporting service has been introduced. This requires member hotels to enter details for each commission payment into the reporting system, which means you can now view the status of your commissions online at the dedicated travel agent Web site, www.UtellAgent.com.
