To make it easier for you to choose the right hotel for your client, we have segmented our hotel portfolio into 'Utell selections'.

Each Utell selection has its own unique character and this will assist you in finding the hotel of choice, quickly and easily.

Utell by Pegasus selections defined:

As Utell hotels range from 5 to 1 star hotels and from city centre to resort, each hotel is grouped based on the style and classification of the hotel. All hotels have been cross-referenced with the "Official Hotel Guide" to ensure universal consistency.

Each Utell hotel has been assigned a Utell selection, based on the standard of the hotel:

luxury selection: Properties that provide the ultimate hotel experience. For guests who demand the very highest standards, selected from the finest choices available from around the world.

superior selection: Hotels which offer the traveller quality rooms and facilities making their stay, whether business or leisure, relaxing and comfortable.

value selection: Hotels that take pride in creating a friendly and informal atmosphere, providing excellent value for money for both business and leisure stays.

Some hotels also fall into further clearly defined groups, and may have an additional Utell selection assigned to them:

style selection: Exclusive and individually designed hotels and historic properties that offer guests a unique hotel environment, each with a character all of its own.

resort selection: Ideal for those who require leisure or recreation facilities in, or adjacent to a hotel, as a part of their hotel experience. The selected resorts offer accommodations for all tastes and budgets, whether for business or relaxation, or fun.

apartment selection: A selection of luxury all-suite and apartments that create a 'home away from home' environment with a living and entertaining area separate from your bedroom. All feature their own kitchenette facilities.

airport selection: A range of hotels conveniently located near the major airports of the world. Each with the key attribute of being within a 10km zone of the airport. Many offer shuttle services to the airports.

All reservations agents have been trained to search for hotels by Utell selection. Simply tell the agent which selection type your client prefers.

• GDS:

Information can be easily accessed through the HOD, which will provide you with the hotel’s selection type. For more comprehensive information about Utell selections, please visit the Utell DRS pages.

• Utell.com:

Hotels on Utell.com can now be searched by Utell selection, hotel name, country, city and amenity type.
